Resilience Movie Screening (FREE!)

Educators, Law Enforcement, Health Care providers, Social Workers, and members of the community, you DO NOT want to miss our free screening of “Resilience.”
Resilience explores the topic of childhood adversity. Childhood adversity is trauma that children experience including physical, sexual, emotional, and mental abuse as well as watching their loved ones go through that abuse themselves.
The affects of this trauma not only affect that child as they grow up, but will continue to be passed on to the children they have, and on and on through each generation in their family creating a cycle that desperately needs to be broken.
It is our hope that as a community we can come together with the knowledge of this trauma to more graciously treat our patients, clients, students, neighbors, and friends with empathy to BREAK THE CYCLE.
